CRSURF.com exists to provide the traveling surfer with quality surf gear and resources for their adventures. Whether it's a short trip to your local break or an around-the-world surfing odyssey, our website wants to help you prepare for your next excursion.
I. HOW TO ORDER
We prefer you order online through our secure server with a credit card or Paypal®. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Paypal®, and American Express®.

Shopping online at CRSURF.com is safe and convenient. Secure servers through Paypal® are guaranteed to protect your credit card information. Please see our Privacy & Security policies for more information on how we protect and honor your identity.
1. Click the Add to Cart button.
2. Confirm that the correct item was added to the Cart.
3. Adjust any quantities and click Update Quantities.
4. Either click the Checkout button or the Keep Shopping button.
5. If you clicked Keep Shopping, just click the Shopping Cart link to return.
6. When back in the Cart, click the Checkout button to continue.
7. Either sign in or create a new account. You do not need to be a Paypal® member.
8. Complete the Delivery and Payment Information and click Confim Order to finish. (Your credit card information is encrypted for your security.)
II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
III. OUR PRICES
At CRSURF.com, we make every effort to provide you with the lowest prices, and challenge any other online shop to match our prices. All prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice. Any product may be removed from current sale at any time. We strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.
IV. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
About 95% of our orders ship within 2 business days. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If an item you order is unavailable, we will backorder the item and attempt to ship for 30 days. If an item becomes available after 30 days, we will contact you prior to shipping. If you need the item for an upcoming trip and don't have time to wait, we will credit your account for the entire amount.
V. SALES TAX
CR Surf Travel Company is located in Florida (although the webmaster spends a lot of time in Costa Rica). We are required by law to collect an 6.00% Florida sales tax on orders.
VI. CONFIDENTIALITY
We do not disclose to anyone for any reason the identity of our customers including phone numbers, email, and addresses. We suggest that you give us an email address, so that we may communicate with you regarding shipment, i.e. tracking numbers and expected delivery date. Please see the Paypal® Privacy & Security policies for more information about how we protect and honor your identity.
Shipping Policy
We can only ship items within the continental United States.
No international orders are permitted.
Items purchased will ship the first weekday after you've placed your order. The factory is not open on weekends or holidays, so an order placed on Friday will not begin to be handled until the following Monday.
Items are sent via UPS ground. Items may take from five to ten business days to arrive. If you need an order sent by priority mail, please e-mail us.
CRSURF.com will notify you should an item be unavailable for any reason, or no longer manufactured, and you will be credited appropriately.
