Ticas and Ticos are traveling to WSL in Los Cabos

Today's Date: 6/7/2018

An important delegation of Costa Ricans is traveling in the coming days to Los Cabos, Mexico, in order to run the WQS 6,000 women's points for which Eva Woodland Solano, Coral Wiggins Araya and Leilani McGonagle prepare, as the three ticas in the largest event of the three open.

For the other two open, the male and female Junior Pro, will come, Aarón Ramirez Mota of Jaco, Sam Reidy of Domincal in Costa Rican representation and the Caribbean Paulina and Camila Summers Viquez, as the first figures confirmed in the event.

On the other hand Coral and Eva could eventually also take part in the feminine Sub 18 to which Summers Viquez sisters go.

So the Ticos arrive ranked in the North American zone (where the World Surfing League includes them) as follows:

Ticas y ticos están viajando para WSL en Los Cabos

Una delegación importante de costarricenses está viajando en los próximos días rumbo a Los Cabos, México, con el fin de correr los eventos WQS 6.000 puntos en femenino para el que se preparan Eva Woodland Solano, Coral Wiggins Araya y Leilani McGonagle, como las tres ticas en el evento de mayor calibre de los tres abiertos.

Para los otros dos abiertos, los Junior Pro masculino y femenino, acudirán, Aarón Ramirez Mota de Jaco, Sam Reidy de Domincal en representación costarricense y las caribeñas Paulina y Camila Summers Viquez, como las primeras figuras confirmadas en el evento.

Por su parte Coral y Eva podrían eventualmente también tomar participación en el Sub 18 femenino al que acuden las hermanas Summers Viquez.

Así los ticos llegan rankeados, en la zona norteamericana (de donde los incluye la Liga Mundial de Surf) de la siguiente manera:
