Contest Rules
1.       Entering is easy: Fill out the subscribe form above. No purchase necessary. You must complete all required information to be eligible to win a prize. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Contest begins on 8/1/2009 and ends on 8/1/2010.

2.       Monthly Prize Winner will receive:

One CRSURF Eco-T-shirt, made from 50% recycled plastic bottles and 50% recycled cotton

3.       Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected from the group of eligible entries. With the notification, the winner will be asked the shirt size needed.

4.       Eligibility: Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission.

5.       Winner Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by the 15th of the following month via email. Winner must claim prize within 3 days of notification of win. Prizes will be sent to winner free of charge. CR Surf Travel Co. is not responsible for prize damage once it has been sent to the prize winner.

6.       Odds of Winning: The odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

7.       Error Correction: CR Surf Travel Co. reserves the right to correct or change any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

8.       Release of Liability: CR Surf Travel Co. is not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.

9.       General Terms/Disclaimers: CR Surf Travel Co. reserves the right to terminate giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice. By entering in the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of CR Surf Travel Co., which shall be final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
