PRIVATE SURF CHARTERS
Maybe you're tired of the crowds and the mosquitos, and just want to get away for awhile. Well a boat trip is the way to go. Most surf charters leave from Herradura or Playa de Coco and will take you to spots that are nearly impossible to access by land. A few even make multi-day trips, so you step off the plane, take a transfer right to the boat, and then you're off on an all-inclusive adventure. Experience a Costa Rica surf charter of the majestic beauty of the Pacific waters of Costa Rica in privacy and comfort aboard the Aquadesiac. This Costa Rica surf charter luxury trawler will pick you up in Playa Hermosa (north Guanacaste) and escort you along the pristine coastline. While in transit enjoy onboard gourmet snacks, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
The surf charter will take you to secluded beaches and snorkeling destinations only accessible by boat, where you may see giant manta rays, huge schools of fish, octopus, eels, and more of the diverse marine life that Costa Rica has to offer. If you prefer just sit back and cruise the coast with schools of dolphins playing in the bow wake, taking in the beautiful sunset.
The Aquadesiac is a beautiful replica of a classic Grand Banks Trawler. Custom built by Fibroplastico SA, San Jose, Costa Rica in 1996. This 48 foot motor yacht is powered by 2 135 horsepower Cummins turbo diesel engines which gives it a cruising speed of 10 to 12 knots. Luxury is the standard, she is equipped with; 3 staterooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms (each outfitted with showers), a full kitchen, salon, lower and upper pilothouses. Relax inside or on the fully cushioned bow deck.
Top side consists of a spacious sundeck complete with patio chairs, a barbeque, and cushioned bench style seats in the shade of the upper pilothouse. She meets Coast Guard standards with lifejackets, fire extinguishers, first aid equipment, and is approved for 22 passengers. Other safety features include sonar, gps, radar, autopilot, and an auto navigation plotter to insure worry free travel under any conditions.
The Aquadesiac is also equipped with 2 bathrooms complete with showers, 500 gallons of fresh water, a 12 volt generator, huge sundeck with barbeque, large salon and a 1200 mile range so no destination is too far. The Aquadesiac is also equipped with a 20' panga so that we can take you to and from the waves.Other amenities on board include: fishing equipment, snorkel gear, sea kayak, various CDs, DVDs and plenty of books and magazines for your evening entertainment.
